Tent is in great condition, no rips or tears. Doesn't have the bedrooms but you can get universal ones that will fit (this does not affect its use.) Will also need pegs. Only reason we are selling is we have down sized as was too big for the 3 of us. Open to sensible offers, need gone as don't have room to store.
