Ex-display and clearance furniture is sold at a reduced price because it may have minor signs of wear from being on show, or it is old stock being cleared. The item you receive will be the same as shown in the pictures. Before buying, please carefully inspect the photos for the rips in the underside lining and any other marks. The leather itself is durable and designed to soften with use, but we recommend a professional leather clean to maintain its appearance. Fluff the fibre cushions regularly to keep their shape. This sofa is heavy and will be delivered on a pallet (kerbside drop only) - make sure you have help to move it into your home.
