Warm your home for less with ex-display radiators.
Ex-display radiators and towel rails come from heating showrooms where they have been connected and running to demonstrate performance. They are fully functional and have been pressure tested, but may have scratches, paint chips, or minor dents from handling. The heating elements and valves work perfectly – the savings are due purely to appearance.
What to check: inspect the finish for any deep scratches that could lead to rust. Check the valves and controls to ensure they open and close properly. For towel rails, confirm the water connections are clean and undamaged. Look at the back of the radiator – marks here are common but unimportant. Also ask whether the original fixings are included; if not, you may need to buy brackets separately.
Buying an ex-display radiator means you get a high-quality product at a reduced price. The money saved can be spent on installation or a nicer thermostat. As long as you can accept a few blemishes, you will have a reliable source of warmth without the full retail cost.
