Condition and Purchase Options
This building is ex-display and sold as seen, so buyers are advised to view it in person at the Gravesend show site. Pricing options include 20% off for delivered and assembled, 30% off for delivery only, and 50% off for cash and carry. The cash and carry option does not include delivery or assembly, and the buyer is responsible for dismantling and transporting the building.
Ex-display buildings offer a way to acquire a high-quality summerhouse at a reduced cost, because they have served as demonstration models. Before purchasing, check the timber for any splits, damp or warping, confirm the dimensions suit your location, and ask about the dismantling process if choosing cash and carry. All prices include VAT.
