This 8 x 8 corner pent summerhouse is an ex-display building available from the Gravesend show site. It is constructed from wood and designed with a corner pent layout, so it can sit in a corner while a single sloping roof keeps the outline simple. As clearance stock, it is priced below the original £3,172, and you are welcome to inspect it before deciding to buy.

Condition and buying options
This summerhouse is sold as seen, as with all ex-display buildings from this clearance range. The best-value option is cash and carry, where the buyer is responsible for dismantling and transporting the building from Gravesend. Delivery only and delivery with full assembly are also available at an additional cost, so you can choose the level of service that suits you.
Because this is a display model, you may notice minor marks, scuffs, or wear from being on show. A viewing is recommended so you can check the timber, roof, and general condition before buying. The building is priced to reflect its ex-display status, and every purchase includes VAT, so the price you see covers the tax.
Before arranging collection or delivery, check the dimensions of the building against the space where you intend to put it. If you choose the cash and carry option, make sure you have the right vehicle and help to dismantle and move the sections safely. Ex-display and clearance items are a practical way to buy a wooden summerhouse at a reduced price while accepting that it is not brand new.
