Condition and buying notes
As an ex-display piece, this unit has some minor marks on the cupboard, clearly visible in the listing photos. The usual retail price was £694, making this a considerable saving for a DIY bathroom project. Two units are available, so you can choose the one that suits you best. Cash on collection is preferred, which also gives you the chance to inspect the item before it leaves.
Before committing, measure your space against the dimensions above and confirm the tap style you intend to use. Since this is clearance stock, expect cosmetic wear from showroom display, but the sink and structure remain fully functional. It is supplied with the chrome handles and glass shelf shown, so no extra parts are needed for a straightforward installation.
