This unit has been handled in a retail environment and may show light scuffs or the noted chip. Please allow the dehumidifier to stand upright for a few hours before switching on, to allow refrigerant to settle. The tank, filter, and controls should be inspected upon receipt. There is no manufacturer warranty, but the seller offers a 30-day warranty. The compressor method is effective for whole-room dampness, laundry drying, and maintaining healthy humidity levels between 30% and 80%.
