Condition and Ex-Display Note
This surround is in superb condition, with one small chip at the base of the female figure. The chip is not noticeable but an easy repair for a specialist marble fitter. As an ex-showroom piece, it has been on display in our showroom and is offered at a reduced price compared to the original showroom price. It is an extremely heavy item and will require professional dismantling and crating for transport; we recommend engaging a specialist carrier for delivery.
Buyer Guidance
When purchasing ex-display furniture, always check for any signs of wear or minor damage, as these items may have been handled during display. This piece has been carefully inspected and the only noted issue is the small chip mentioned. The surround is designed for real fires, so ensure your installation meets all safety requirements. Carved inserts are available separately if you wish to reduce the opening aperture.
