This Next Houghton Deep Sit corner sofa in grey brings generous proportions and a contemporary profile to a living room. It is currently in ex-display condition, meaning it has been on a showroom floor and may show minor signs of handling. The upgraded foam-filled cushions give a firmer, more supportive seat while retaining a deep, relaxed feel. The sofa has a modern back style and grey fabric upholstery over a wooden frame.

Buyer Guidance
When buying ex-display furniture, check the fabric and any operating parts in person if possible. Showroom and end-of-line stock is usually sold at a lower price than brand-new pieces because it has been handled by customers and may not have original packaging. This example offers a large corner layout, foam-filled cushions, and a double sleeper, making it a substantial addition to a living space. UK delivery may be available within 25 miles of the seller for an additional charge.
