Condition and Ex-Display Advice
This unit has a cracked leg and several breaks in the frame, as shown in the photos. It is being sold as ex-display clearance, so it is not in perfect condition and may require repair or reinforcement before use. If you are comfortable with that, the ladder format is a good way to add shelf space without taking up much floor area.
When buying ex-display furniture, always check the listed damage and think about whether you can fix it. Clearance and showroom stock is often priced lower because of handling marks, minor faults or end of line status. This oak-finished ladder unit still has four usable shelves, and with the right fixings it can be secured safely against a wall in your chosen room.
