This ex-display Utopia Roseberry washstand and WC unit is finished in Emerald Green solid timber with a fabricated one-piece basin on an Eaton oak cabinet. The set includes a matching reduced-depth WC unit with a fitted cistern, toilet and seat, plus black Stapleford deck-mounted taps with a matching click waste and WC flush (not fitted). A 500mm cornice mirror completes the suite. This was on display in a showroom and is offered at a significant saving against the RRP of £5,120.
