Condition and Purchase Options
This building is an ex-display unit, meaning it has been on show at the seller's site and may show minor signs of handling or wear. It is sold as seen, and the seller strongly recommends viewing in person before purchase. Prices include VAT. Three pricing options are available: 20% off with delivery and full assembly, 30% off with delivery only, and 50% off for cash and carry collection from the Gravesend show site. The cash and carry option does not include delivery or assembly; the buyer is responsible for dismantling and transporting the building.
Buyer Guidance
Ex-display and clearance stock offers excellent value compared to brand-new equivalents. Because these buildings are end-of-line or showroom models, they are often available at a significant discount while retaining the same structural integrity as a new unit. When viewing, check the timber for any cracks, ensure the roof panels are sound, and confirm that all fixtures and fittings are present. If choosing cash and carry, plan carefully for dismantling and transport - you will need appropriate tools and a suitable vehicle.
