Condition and What to Note
This is an ex-display unit, so it may show minor signs of handling or surface wear consistent with being on show. It is sold as seen, and the seller is open to sensible offers. The balanced flue design means it draws air from outside and vents outside, making it suitable for properties without a traditional chimney.
Buying Guidance
When purchasing an ex-display or clearance stove, always verify the gas type and installation requirements with a qualified engineer before fitting. Because this is an end-of-line or showroom item, you are likely to pay less than the original retail price while still getting a fully operational appliance. Be sure to arrange delivery and installation with a professional who can confirm compliance with UK gas safety regulations.
