This Evergreen 3 fold left-hand bath screen is in excellent condition, as if it were new, with a retail price of ?500. I purchased it a few years ago while a high-end bathroom shop was going out of business. However, due to my shower bar unit sticking out too far, the folding screen fouls the bar and I cannot fold it the other way because it fouls a wall built to house a wall-mounted toilet unit. Therefore, I am selling it only to recoup part of the money I paid for it. The screen has been in a box in storage while I built a new bathroom and has never been subjected to water, still having the original stickers on. The condition is perfect, with no marks on any of the visible chrome.
Although it is an ex-display, the mounting bar, which is fully covered by the fascia, looks like it has been mounted before, which it has. The only missing parts are self-tapping screws and screw caps, which can be bought as standard parts for a few pounds.
Please note that this is not an ordinary bath screen from a shop like BQ. This one is wider than usual at 120cm and came from a store that sells high-end Italian and German bathroom suites. Comparable bathscreens on Victorian Plumbing's website sell for between ?400 and ?600. It weighs a lot, and the hinges are high-quality.
I replaced it with a ?350 screen that wasn't anywhere near as good. If you're interested, you're welcome to come and have a look without any obligation to buy.
