Condition and what to check
This is an unused ex-display kitchen, but it has been installed in a showroom, so all components should be inspected in person. The complete specification sits in the £22,500 price band. The £6,000 appliance package (Siemens dishwasher, Bosch oven, Bosch microwave combi, Bosch warming drawer, Siemens fridge, Siemens freezer and BORA Hob-X Pure) is excluded from this sale. Confirm the exact items included, including worktops, sink, tap, lighting, seating and accessories, with the seller before payment.
Viewing at the seller's West Midlands showroom is required before any payment. Measurements and arrangements for dismantling, collection or delivery must also be confirmed before payment.
