The kitchen is in excellent condition with only a slight discolouration mark on the white unit, a small chip on the side cornice, and a small split on the pilasters (see photos). These can be replaced at the buyer's cost; any additional units, cornice or pelmet can be purchased separately as the kitchen is still current. The retail value is over £25,000. Viewing is recommended at the Cannock showroom. The buyer must dismantle and collect from the showroom only.
