Ex-Display Condition & What to Expect
This island has been in a showroom for ten years, so it shows a few very minor marks: a couple of small scratches to the granite top and some light scuffs to the wood. Otherwise it is in as-new condition. The granite top is currently loose for easier transport and will need securing to the base once in place. Both top and base are very heavy.
