Ex-Display Condition & What to Expect
This island has been in a showroom for ten years, so it shows a few very minor marks: a couple of small scratches to the granite top and some light scuffs to the wood. Otherwise it is in as-new condition. The granite top is currently loose for easier transport and will need securing to the base once in place. Both top and base are very heavy.
Why Buy Ex-Display or Clearance Stock?
Showroom and clearance items are often end-of-line or display pieces that have never been used in a home. They are priced lower than new because they have been handled, may have light cosmetic marks, or are simply the last of a batch.
