Condition and Ex-Display Notes
This sofa has been used as a showroom display item and is described by the seller as being in exceptional condition, presenting as new throughout. Since it is an ex-display piece, buyers should check the photographs carefully for any small signs of handling that may not show in the written description.
Buyer Guidance
When buying ex-display furniture, always measure doorways, hallways and staircases to ensure access, and confirm exact dimensions with the seller. Ex-display and end-of-line stock is usually reduced because it has been on a showroom floor, not because of any fault. This example appears to have no visible signs of wear, making it a sensible choice for anyone looking for a statement sofa at a lower price than buying new.
