As this is an ex-display and ex-store clearance item, it has been handled, displayed and stored in a retail environment. The model is glued and cannot be taken apart. Assume some original pieces and the minifigures are missing - please review all photos carefully to see exactly what is included. The lift mechanism and chain do operate, but due to the awkward shape, it is possible that some parts may be damaged during transit. No original box or instructions are supplied. This set originally retailed for £259.99 and is now retired. Buying ex-display or end-of-line stock is a good way to own a large set at a lower cost, but it comes with the understanding that some components may be absent or show signs of wear.
The Haunted House model includes a working free-fall ride, automatic doors at the top of the tower, and haunted front doors that close for a spooky effect. The chain and lift are functional, adding to the set's interactive appeal.
