Condition and What Is Included
The seller describes the set as in good overall condition. The solid oak base is sturdy and in great shape, and the fabric on all four chairs is clean. The glass top has a few light surface scratches from normal everyday use, which is to be expected. This dining set comes from a clean, smoke-free home and includes the table and four chairs as shown. All five pieces are free standing and ready to use.
When buying a used dining set, examine the underside of the glass top for any cracks or chips, and check that all chair legs and fixings are secure. Upholstery should be inspected for stains or wear, and the table base should sit level on the floor.
