This RAK Ceramics sink basin is a ceramic basin designed to overhang a bathroom unit, supplied with a tap and waste for a complete fitting. With its clean lines and practical dimensions, it suits a compact or modern bathroom layout. The overhang design allows the basin to sit neatly on top of a standard unit, with the tap and waste ready to connect to your plumbing.
Condition and Inclusions
This basin is an ex-display unit, so it has some minor surface marks and remnants of silicone from its time on display. It was never plumbed in, meaning the tap and waste have not been used. All items shown are included: the basin, tap, and waste. Please examine the photographs for a clear sense of the condition. The basin is otherwise structurally sound and ready for installation.

Buyer Guidance
Buying ex-display and clearance items is a cost-effective way to acquire quality bathroom fixtures. These pieces often come from showrooms or end-of-line stock, so they may have cosmetic blemishes from handling or display. Check the dimensions and condition carefully before purchasing. As this basin was never plumbed in, the tap and waste are in unused condition, though the basin itself has minor marks. For a fresh finish, these can be cleaned or polished as needed. Measure your existing unit to ensure a proper fit, and consider that silicone remnants can be removed with a suitable cleaner. With the right care, this basin can be a practical and attractive addition to your bathroom.
