Condition and Buyer Collection
The table is described by the seller as being in superb condition. As this is a pre-owned piece, please check all dimensions carefully to confirm it will suit your space. The buyer is responsible for collecting the table from the seller's location.
When viewing a second-hand dining table, it is worth checking the stability of the legs, the condition of the joints, and whether the table top has any warping or deep scratches. With solid oak, minor surface marks can often be sanded down and re-oiled, so small blemishes need not be a dealbreaker. Also consider whether the table will fit through doorways and corridors on its way to your dining area, and whether you have enough room to pull chairs out comfortably on all sides.
