Before you buy
This is a used item, so check the sofa carefully before purchase. The seller has stated that they are selling it because it does not fit in their new room. As with any second-hand sofa, ask about its history, check the fabric for marks or wear, look at the cushions and seams, and confirm that the frame feels stable. Because the sofa is 210cm long and 110cm wide, measure the planned space and the route you will take to get it there, including doorways, lifts, stairs and tight corners. A two-person delivery may also be needed, so plan for the weight and bulk of the piece. If you cannot view the sofa in person, request extra photos from different angles to help you assess the condition before buying. Ask the seller whether they have any care instructions for the velvet upholstery, and confirm the delivery route with the seller before committing.
